HOW CAN I UPGRADE/DOWNGRADE MY PLAN?

To make a modification to your plan, contact us. Support is given with 1 business day.

WHEN WILL I BE BILLED?

You will be billed every month, the same date of initial sign-up.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

At this moment, we only accept credit card.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN MY SUBSCRIPTION EXPIRES?

Each month, we automatically renew via the billing details on file. If there’s an issue with payment, we will notify you immediately. If no action has been taken after THREE DAYS, we will cancel & suspend services.
