Account Manager

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Account Manager with strong, impactful work experience to start immediately!

The Account Manager will be responsible for managing our client accounts. S/he will be based in an office environment or virtual (depending on location), with time spent meeting with clients in person or conference, managing communication on client accounts, developing creatives with our team, and ensuring expectations are exceeded.

Key Accountabilities

-Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their requirements

-Day-to-day support of key accounts

-Develop strong, meaningful relationships and client rapport

-Presenting work confidently and persuasively

-Understand the larger financial picture in order to make the best decisions regarding margins and revenue targets

-Develop strategies to help expand client brand awareness and sales

-Create ideas to share with the client and the agency for business growth
